Outdoor Living Crew Leader & Helper(s)

Peoria Siding and Window is seeking a reliable and professional Outdoor Living Crew Leader with access to helper(s) to join our team located in Washington, Illinois. Our Outdoor Living Crew Leaders are responsible for the installation of sunrooms, decks, awnings, pergolas, patio covers and our other outdoor living products.

An ideal candidate will be a crew leader with access to their own helper(s). Candidate(s) must have experience in carpentry and framing, be comfortable working outdoors, be driven by executing quality installations and have customer service experience. Preference will be given to candidates with previous deck or outdoor living building experience. Candidates will be provided any needed additional training.

Role Responsibilities

Install sunrooms, decks, awnings, pergolas, patio covers and other outdoor living products according to desired specifications provided
Ensure all installations are completed with high quality standards
Work effectively leading their team to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

Background in construction, specifically carpentry and framing and deck building
Have or have access to an experienced crew
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must have your own truck and tools (we can provide you with trailer)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Willingness to learn and grow in installation procedures in the industry

Compensation

Compensation: To be determined based on experience and team experience
